Sunset Vista Calabay is a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home on the peaceful and prestigious Calabay Parc community.
The minute you walk in, you'll feel right at home. Our high ceilinged lounge creates a sense of space while the view from the patio doors will tempt you out to our private west-facing deck with covered lanai and 33-foot pool for the long hours of sunshine. Our west facing position with open views gives you long hours of sunshine and spectacular sunsets.
Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 6, perfect for visitors - the primary suite has a King Size bed with all the usual furniture, plenty of storage and a huge en-suite with walk-in-closet, twin vanity, soaker tub and a double sized shower as well as a separate toilet.
Our full kitchen has all you need for food preparation and dining and we are a short walk (or drive) away from a Publix supermarket as well as a 7/11, Starbucks and food outlets.
Around 20-25 minutes (11 miles) from Walt Disney World, with dozens of golf courses within easy reach and charming villages to explore it's the perfect base for a break from the winter weather.
