Boston Commons 201 is an oceanfront condo in a 5-unit building with a fantastic view of the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor and is an affordable option for families who want to be right on the ocean. There is access to the private oceanfront balcony from both the living room as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub to soak in after a long day of fun in the sun! Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and cable box. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, dishware, and cookware. Worried about needing to wash clothes? There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
AMENITIES
Boston Commons has a covered outdoor heated pool, as well as an elevator to help ease the trouble of carrying luggage in and out. There is a picnic and grilling area where you can eat and watch the sunset on the ocean! Enjoy the sun with the spacious outdoor family area where you can play bocce ball, cornhole, horseshoes, and ladder ball (we rent these items for a nominal fee!).
PARKING
1 assigned parking space - motorcycle friendly, but no trailers and no golf carts allowed. There are also 3 additional “open” parking spaces shared amongst 4 units; first come first served.

No pets per the HOA, and smoking inside the unit please.
