This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is equipped w/all the comforts & conveniences for your vacation. Comfortably sleep up to 8 people (Queen/Full bunk, 1 Queen Bed, 1 queen-size pull-out sofa). This private & peaceful community has 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and more. There's beach access, w/plenty of space to spread out, while the kiddos dig for sea creatures & play in small ocean puddles! Plus bike the HHI trails & bird watch in the conservation area.
The space
The condo is a large 950 sq. ft. unit. It is on the 3rd floor so you will not have any stomping above you! There is a nice private balcony. It has been renovated so the majority of everything inside is new including the mattresses. We took care in setting up this condo to ensure you have the best experience on your vacation.

This community is located at the heel of the island. It is peaceful and has beach access within the community. The best uncrowded bike trails, beautiful nature preserves, and nice parks. Away from the crowded, hustle and bustle of Coligny but still close to wonderful restaurants and shops. It is near the airport so you can see the planes coming into land when on the beach, it's really cool especially for kiddos.
Getting around
You will need a car, but there is plenty to do within bike distance. You will park within the community, you will have 1 paid parking spot, you can pay an additional $20 for 1 additional spot.
Guest access
You will have full access to the whole condo and community amenities, including beach access inside the community.
