Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath with good closets in each bedroom. Master has a walk in closet and attached walk in bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, second room has a twin over full bunk, master has a king bed all beds are sleep science mattresses very comfortable! Also have an extra queen mattress if needed more sleeping space. Full kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies. Big living room and full laundry room with washer and dryer inside the house. Private patio for BBQing or hanging out with a gate to the green belt and full access. Also a private launch to the river for the community only. Very close distance to target, Walmart, Laughlin, restaurants, gyms and more! Garage is not fully available unless discussed. Our boat is stored in garage. If needed garage we can arrange an extra fee to store it elsewhere of $250 per month added to rent. At end of stay there is a cleaning fee for carpets.
If renting weekends or daily, cleaning fee of $200 will be added. Refundable Deposit of $500 will be due to book and secure dates.
