Bay View Villas is a 40 unit complex (4 buildings) that sits on Grand Lagoon on Panama City Beach's east end. This complex is a part of the upscale Bay Point Community. Our unit is 2 bedrooms (king bed/Queen Bed) located on the second floor(accessible by stairs). It is fully furnished with everything one would need besides their personal luggage. Our unit sits only 70 feet from the waters edge. This unit has access to a community boat dock. Also within the upscale gated community there are golf courses and restaurants. We have owned this unit for 20 years and it is our personal vacation condo. We love to share it with our Snowbird friends during the winter months! Very quite and private setting.
