Outdoor shower to wash away the beach or sandy dog. There is also a half bath accessible from the back yard, so no need to bring sand inside when coming back from the beach. Compact, easily maintained home on one floor with no stairs. Two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with twin bunk beds, updated full bath inside, full updated kitchen, and game room in garage. Short walk to community dock where you can fish, launch kayaks or enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. Boat ramp a few blocks away. Linens, towels, beach chairs, bikes, all kitchen utensils and supplies included. Dog friendly - we love dogs! $200 pet fee per dog, up to two dogs. UPDATED PHOTOS TO COME SOON.
