The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the amenities you'll want to make some meals on the go. TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom, along with some board games for family fun. For your convenience, there's a washer/dryer and plenty of storage for your beach chairs and sand toys. Enjoy a quiet glass of wine or coffee in comfort out on the private balcony while you research the area's best restaurants with the free WiFi. If you want to get in some great nature, you don't have to look any farther than Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, just three miles west of you, where all kinds of great water activities await. Paddleboard, canoe, or kayak over Campbell Lake. There are a ton of fantastic saltwater fish like Spanish mackerel, redfish, and pompano, and you might just catch a glimpse of a whitetail deer, and see some dolphins at the waterline and shorebirds skating along the waves. At Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, nature lovers can also spot a variety of rare birds. It's all just four and a half miles west. THINGS TO KNOW This complex's stairs will undergo construction in June 2023 with an unknown completion date. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). During this period, temporary stairs will be available, as well as the elevator in the middle of the building for guests to use. Beach chair & umbrella rentals available for a fee (seasonal).
