The Rental Amount is $1800.00 per month, based on a two-tenant occupancy. The Required Minimum Rental Lease Term for this Winter Rental Home is "2-Full Months or Greater".

Fees, such as the Security Deposit, Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee, Non/(Not)-Owner Paid Utilities and Service Fees, as applicable, are not included in the monthly rental amount.

This Winter Home is a Fully Furnished Single Story, Detached Home with an attached screened in "Patio Room", nicely landscaped rear yard with shade tree/shrubs, and attached Standard Size Garage for parking one standard size vehicle.

This home has assist features (grab bars/assist bars) in both bathrooms and bathing areas.
Direct Access to Garage from Home. A Washer/Dryer is located in Garage. This home is clean, has a spacious/open floor plan, and no stairs to climb.

Owner Pays Monthly Sewer, Trash, Water and Internet/WIFI.

Owner Pays up to a $50.00 Cap on Tenant's Monthly Electric. Tenants pay amounts (the balance) exceeding the $50.00 Electric Cap Per Month.

A Fully Completed Rental Application (Contact Owner for Details), a Security Deposit, and a (Non-Refundable) Cleaning Fee is Required.

The home has recently been Upgraded with New Paint Throughout, New Plumbing Fixtures/Faucets in the Kitchen and Bathrooms, New Bathroom Lighting has been installed in both Bathrooms, New Lighted Ceiling Fans have been installed in the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite and Guest Bedroom/Office. Lighted ceiling fans are also in the Kitchen and Arizona Room for added comfort.

The home has Central Air Conditioning/Heating.

Filtered Drinking Water is provided through a Reverse Osmosis R/O System.

The home has an enclosed/attached screened in “Arizona Room” adjacent and directly accessible from the kitchen. The Outdoor Arizona Room is furnished with a Patio Dining Table and Four Patio Chairs, as well as a Lighted Ceiling Fan for added comfort, and for use in the evening. The Arizona Room also has an additional large working table for crafts, painting, sewing, etc.

The home has a landscaped rear yard with shade tree/shrubs, an outdoor pergola, and a Gas Barbecue Grill for outdoor use and enjoyment.

The Living Room is furnished with a New Sofa, New Recliner, New Flat Screen ROKU SMART TV, a DVD Player, a DVD Video Library, New TV Console with a Cozy Built-In Electric Fireplace, Modern Floor Lamp, Coffee Table, End Table and Game Table for Checkers, Chess etc..

The Spacious Kitchen is fully furnished with cookware (pots and pans), cooking utensils/kitchen tools/knives, bakeware, stainless steel flatware, dinnerware plates, bowls, cups, drinking glasses, dish towels, hot mitts, etc. The kitchen also is equipped with an electric mixer, slow cooker, mini-waffle maker, two slice toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric can opener and toaster oven. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven, new above range microwave, and newly installed upgraded dishwasher. The kitchen dining table, provides seating for 4.

The Bathrooms have been recently upgraded with new faucets, lighting, and fresh paint. The Family Bath has a tub/shower combination. The Master Bath has a walk-in stall shower. Each bathroom has added features, such as grab bars installed in the bathing areas (tub/shower and walk-in stall shower) and in the bathrooms for added mobility assistance and safety.

The Spacious Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen Sleigh Bed, two dressers, two-night tables, a side chair, two table lamps, a clock radio, and TV with remote. Both the Master Bath and Bedroom have been recently painted and carpets/floors cleaned.

The Guest Bedroom/Office is furnished with a Queen Bed, a desk/dresser, night table, table lamp, TV with remote, and a clock radio.

Bed Sheets, Blankets, and Pillows are provided. Bath towels, Hand towels and Washcloths are provided. A vacuum cleaner, floor mop, broom/dustpan, waste baskets, an iron and ironing board, and hair dryer are provided.

A variety of local television channels are provided, which offers a variety of TV viewing options including: (news, sports, movies, public television programs, documentaries, vintage tv programs, game shows, music, etc.). A ROKU Smart TV is located in the Living Room. Tenants may use their own paid TV Streaming/Entertainment Accounts with the ROKU Smart TV located in the Living Room.

A DVD Player is also available for use in the Living Room, with an assortment of DVD Movies/Shows (Library) for viewing during your stay.

Playing Cards and Board Games are provided for your enjoyment and use, during your stay.

There is Tenant Garage Access for a Standard Size Sedan, Standard Size Truck/Mini-Van/SUV to park the attached garage.
