Welcome to Phoenix West II Unit 1707! This large, luxurious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front condo is perfect for a relaxing and fun vacation! The views are stunning from both the balcony and living area. The owner spared no expense with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. There are travertine floors throughout the unit, as well as top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cookware and dinnerware in the kitchen. The kitchen is an excellent spot for entertaining while cooking for your family or hosting a small dinner party with friends.

Our condo has sleeping arrangements that will accommodate ten people.

The master bedroom suite features a comfortable king bed with a private bath. The master bath has a jetted tub and a separate walk-in tile shower.
The second guest bedroom doubles as a second master suite with a comfortable king-size bed and private bathroom.
The third guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a connecting bathroom.
In addition, there are smart TVs in all bedrooms and Living Room, as well as free WIFI.

Phoenix West II is a fantastic resort complex with wonderful amenities and is located on the beach. There is a fun lazy river, outdoor pool, huge indoor pool, gym, tennis courts, game room, and splash pad, just to name a few. Don’t forget about the best amenity of all, THE BEACH!!!
