Come to Gulf Shores and relax with this comfy, retro condo featuring shared pools and a shared hot tub, walking distance to the beach, and easy access to nearby attractions. Family fun can be found at Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, 13 miles away, and Adventure Island, 20 miles away. Boat launches and water views are located nine miles away at Fort Morgan. Hiking and biking is available 20 miles away at Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, and Alabama Gulf State Park is right next door to the trail with two miles of beach, a fishing pier, and picnicking. Things to know: Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4. Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. Purchasing an amenities pass will grant access to amenities in the Plantation Dunes building and the Resort Conference building. The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Vacasa office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Snowbird-friendly during the months of January and February only. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Due to Hurricane Sally in 2020, this property may have noticeable repairs as you enter the resort or complexes. Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.
